In his current role, Mr. Brooks drives a range of initiatives to unlock new revenue streams that more fully leverage the equities of Boardriders's brands. Previously, he served as Global General Manager, Element.
Before joining Element, Mr. Brooks spent thirteen years at Wasserman Media Group consulting brands, properties and athletes on a wide range of licensing extensions, branded and original content projects, as well as new business initiatives. Prior to Wasserman, Mr. Brooks was a partner and COO at 411 Productions, where he aided in pioneering the only comprehensive action sports studio, which provided production, marketing and distribution of films, as well as integrations and activations for the leading youth lifestyle brands.
Mr. Brooks holds a BA in Political Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
