Riders Republic S18: Quiksilver & DC Shoes drop into the game

Riders Republic kicks off Season 18 with an approach that feels more rooted than ever in the culture of action sports. Quiksilver and DC Shoes are joining Ubisoft’s world with a range of outfits, accessories and gear designed to bring even more personality to every session.

The idea is simple: ride with a style that genuinely speaks to surf, snow, skate and BMX culture.

Two brands, two different playgrounds

For Quiksilver, the inspiration comes straight from surf and snow. The brand lands in the Republic with new apparel and a board that bring its outdoor DNA into the game: clean lines, mountain influence and a deep connection to boardriding culture.

DC Shoes brings a more skate- and BMX-driven energy. A full outfit, custom BMX and the Pockett Bike X add a freestyle edge to sessions, from urban spots and unlikely gaps to strings of tricks thrown down without overthinking them.

Why style matters

In Riders Republic, what you wear is never purely cosmetic. It becomes part of the way you play, the lines you choose and the way you approach a spot. With Quiksilver and DC Shoes, Season 18 connects the game with two brands that have helped shape the visual language and culture of action sports.

Quiksilver speaks to riders drawn to water, snow and wide-open spaces. DC Shoes brings the concrete, rails, features and a more street-minded way of reading the terrain. Two different worlds, built around the same instinct: explore, try, miss, go again.

Season 18 brings gameplay updates too

Season 18 is about more than fresh kit. Ubisoft is adding new content, refining existing systems and leaning even further into the game’s playground mentality.

The Pockett Bike X sums up that direction perfectly: compact, playful and made for looking at familiar spots differently and finding lines that are anything but obvious.

Skateboarding also gets several tweaks aimed at improving precision. The result is a more natural feel when locking in a clean trick or keeping a line alive after a sketchy landing.

Where pixels meet riding culture

With this collaboration, Riders Republic continues to blur the line between gaming and action sports culture. These brands are not simply there as logos. They bring their own visual codes, history and way of approaching a spot.

For players, it means even more ways to give their rider a distinct identity. For Quiksilver and DC Shoes, it creates a digital playground in its own right — reaching a generation that might discover riding with a controller in hand before taking it outside.
